RETURNS POLICY
At Nextra Sunbury we want you to be HAPPY.
We offer 7 Days Money Back Returns in-store but offer 14 Day RETURNS for online purchases to allow time for delivery and return.
If you change your mind, you may return items to us within 14days of the date you received it, for a REFUND, no questions asked!
We offer a CASH REFUND, not a Credit note, on items purchased from our store, even when they are on SALE!
Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method.  Please allow 1-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you purchase Clothing and it doesn’t fit, or you simply change your mind that’s fine with us... because we want you to be HAPPY!
We just ask that you CONTACT US by email at geyers@sunburynewsagency.com.au within 3 days advising us that you are returning something and post the items back, ASAP so that we have them back within 14 days for you to receive a REFUND.
When we receive the merchandise, we will refund you the purchase price of the item/s, less any shipping costs incurred when the goods were purchased.
Items returned after 14 days but within 30 days will receive a STORE Credit less postage incurred.
When returning items please make sure you have your receipt and tags attached and there is no damage to the item or packaging.
All items must be returned in ‘as-new” condition; unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition.
Please choose jewellery carefully as we cannot offer exchange or refunds on earrings.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We will do our best to get anything to you in perfect condition but unfortunately, sometimes despite our best efforts, you may receive an item and discover it is faulty or damaged.
Please email us a photo, ASAP, ideally within 2 days of receiving the item, and we will contact you and give you a refund or exchange the item if still available. Whatever you prefer!
Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method.  Please allow 1-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
 
Damaged in transit 
Unfortunately items are occasionally damaged in transit. 
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please take photos or video, clearly showing the damage and contact us ASAP, ideally within 2 business days of receiving your delivery. 
We will deal with the situation and send you a replacement.
